IMI Factory: Industrial Construction Project by Al Jeel Contracting
Modern Industrial Facility in Saudi Arabia
Rehabilitation and refurbishment of an existing building over 20 years old, aimed at upgrading its structural and operational performance. The scope of work included rehabilitation of concrete floors, installation of a new electrical network, implementation of fire alarm and firefighting systems, and execution of external works.
In addition, the project involved structural strengthening works to increase the building’s load-bearing capacity, including the addition of new columns to support crane operations. The works were carried out in accordance with modern engineering standards, ensuring improved safety, functionality, and long-term durability.
