Admin Building

A modern administrative office building designed to enhance operational efficiency and create an integrated working environment. The project consists of three floors, a mezzanine, and underground parking, with a total built-up area of 4,200 sqm.

The scope also included advanced structural expansion works for the existing factory and production lines, featuring the construction of additional areas above the underground parking of approximately 800 sqm. Special attention was given to structural integration and load coordination to ensure maximum safety and stability.

The project was executed in line with the latest engineering standards and best construction practices, with a strong emphasis on quality, precision, and adherence to the project timeline. It was successfully delivered as a fully operational facility, meeting client expectations and supporting future growth.
