Construction of an integrated industrial facility on a total land area of 37,000 sqm, comprising a factory building with a built-up area of 5,000 sqm, warehouses covering 4,000 sqm, and an administrative building consisting of two floors with an area of 400 sqm per floor.

The total built-up area of the project is approximately 9,800 sqm, in addition to the development of an external storage yard covering 6,000 sqm, designed to support operational efficiency and logistics flow.

The scope of work included all civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical works, as well as safety and firefighting systems, executed in accordance with the highest engineering standards.

The project was delivered with a strong focus on quality, functionality, and efficient space planning, ensuring a fully operational facility that meets industrial requirements and supports future expansion.
